Almond & Chocolate Raw Brownies



Today I propose a super fast way to prepare delicious raw brownies as good as the traditional ones even the most discerning palates.

Almond & Chocolate Raw Brownies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 cups dates
  • 1 cup raw chocolate powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or agave syrup)
  • a pinch of salt
  • cinnamon powder

Preparation
  • Place the cashews, pecans, cocoa powder and salt in a food processor and blend until mixture is smooth.
  • Add the stoned dates and maple syrup continuing to chop.
  • Remove the mixture from the food processor and combine with almonds coarsely chopped in a large bowl.
  • Line a roasting pan with plastic wrap and spread the mixture to form a rectangle about one inch high. 
  • Refrigerate for about an hour, remove the foil and cut into squares. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder before tasting. Store in refrigerator.

Brownies Crudisti con Mandorle & Cioccolato

Ingredienti
  • 150 gr di anacardi
  • 120 gr di noci pecan
  • 150 gr di mandorle
  • 300gr di datteri
  • 80 gr di polvere di cacao cruda
  • 2 cucchiai di sciroppo d'agave
  • un pizzico di sale
  • cannella in polvere

Preparazione
  • Mettere gli anacardi, le noci pecan, la polvere di cacao e il sale in un tritatutto e tritare fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
  • Aggiungere i datteri denocciolati  e lo sciroppo d'acero continuando a tritare.
  • Rimuovere il composto dal tritatutto e unirlo alle mandorle (tritate grossolanamente) in una ciotola capiente.
  • Rivestire una teglia rettangolare con la pellicola trasparente e stendere il composto formando un rettangolo spesso circa un centimetro e mezzo.
  • Riporre in frigo per circa un'ora, rimuovere la pellicola e tagliare in quadrati. Aggiungere cannella in polvere prima di mangiare. Si conserva in frigorifero.
